- Send an email to [rexial.global@gmail.com] from the email address associated with your account.
- Use the subject line: Request to Close My Rexial AutoPay Account
- In the body of the email, include the following details:
- Your full name
- The email address linked to your account (if different)
- A brief statement confirming you want your account closed
Important:
All active recurring payments and subscriptions will be cancelled.
You will lose access to your account history and saved payment methods.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
